dustry, build a network, and market yourself to potential employers. But mostly, a career coach can help you create a plan for reaching your career goals and hold you accountable for making progress.
Career coaching in a group setting can offer a number of advantages over personal coaching. The potential for collaborations and support from your fellow RGP-loving group members can be invaluable. Working in a group setting also allows you to learn from one another, as well as provide support and encouragement. Additionally, free group coaching is not often, which can be a great way to get started on your career journey.

Free Means Free
“Free group coaching” sessions, mean that all sessions are offered to the group at no cost. This is especially beneficial for those interested in 
entering the TTRPG industry, as there can be a great opportunity to learn from other professionals, gain valuable industry insights, and collaborate with others in the industry. Additionally, these free sessions can provide a great gateway to starting a career in TTRPGs and gaining the resources, knowledge, and support needed to be successful.
This is not a limited offer, where you get something free but then are asked for money for the main needs. Free means free. Normally 10-15 sessions will be needed, but up to double that will be provided for free.
Tools to print and reuse will be provided, and you will be treated with the professionalism you should expect from a coach with 10 years of experience in coaching groups of similar professionals.
There are only 2 limitations. #1 It is free for one, 2-hour, group session per week, and 2# The Goals we will be bringing to fruition are ttRPG related. You will be given evaluation forms to fill in, and we will propose way for you to reciprocate but these are not mandatory.
Oh! Yeah, there is another reason you may be refused service in the group. lack of empathy and kindness towards your fellows in the sessions is a deal breaker. This includes all of us being LGBTQI+ friendly, anti-narcissistic, anti-bigotry, and compassionate.
