Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement)

The Blue Eyed Skull is a mysterious and powerful magical item. It appears as a normal skull with four liquified blue sapphire gems set in its eyes, and can be held in one hand.

Attunement: While attuned to this item, you gain the following benefits:

  • – Advantage on charisma-based checks when negotiating with intelligent creatures
  • – You can use a charge to cast the divination spell
  • – You gain darkvision out to 120 ft.
The Blue Eyed Skull has 4 charges and regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn. After expending the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the Blue Eyed Skull crumbles into sand and is destroyed.
Curse: While attuned to the Blue Eyed Skull, you have disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks to detect emotions and magic.
