The Call
Months have passed since the last order from the surface. Several tides have come and gone since the last payment from above. The old clan leaders, the elders, insist on obedience and waiting for the surface dwellers. After a party where you “accidentally” served peculiar mushrooms, you all receive the same message.
“Your world is above. Come, and you will be rewarded with fame beyond any dwarf. Come, and you will never fall ill. Come, and your family will live forever!”
Make a 1st level character, a dwarf that has lived its life (however long) only underground.
